Stepping Up!
I am in a women's bible study group. We are studying "Stepping Up" by Beth Moore. It is a 7 week study on the Psalm's of Accent. I love it when God uses a study to speak directly to my heart. I'm in awe of how one study can speak to millions of women! So we talked music & how God uses it throughout the Bible. He had Moses teach a song to the people because our Lord knew they would forget the awesome things He had done for them. And my favorite, God sings over us!
Amen sister! Glad the Lord is speaking to your happy heart :) Missed you yesterday. Seriously, call me and bring your kids over because this crazy playground in my backyard is too much fun!
ReplyDeleteHave you ever listened to any of Dennis Jerrnigan's music? He's from OK. He has a song about God singing over us.
ReplyDeleteWe used to go every month to hear him sing in Edmond when we lived in OKC. He would sing over us as well. It was beautiful.
His music spoke to me like none other ever has.
I heard this is a great study!! ust this morning I was listening to Mike Clark on the way to work and I have learned music really can set the tone for my day.
